FLOATWEAR Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible FLOATWEAR products.

To qualify, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email floatwearco@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending your item back and unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

  • All international orders
  • Made-to-order apparel items
  • Limited-edition and limited-release items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

International Orders All international sales are final. We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, seized, or returned during international transit. Once a package leaves our facility and is in the care of the carrier, we cannot control or guarantee delivery outcomes. No refunds will be issued for international orders under any circumstances.

Exchanges To ensure you get what you want, the best approach is to start a return for your original item and place a new order once your return is approved. Only eligible items in new condition can be exchanged or repurchased.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
