FLOATWEAR Shipping Policy

All FLOATWEAR orders are processed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days before shipment. During product drops, holidays, or preorder periods, processing times may vary slightly and we'll always communicate updates via email if delays occur.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days once shipped. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on the way. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

International Shipping International delivery times vary based on destination, customs processing, and regional postal services. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. FLOATWEAR is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, seized, or returned by customs or carrier services during international transit. International orders are fulfilled in good faith and once a package leaves our hands and is in the care of the carrier, we are unable to control or guarantee delivery outcomes across international borders. For this reason, all international sales are final. We do not issue refunds for international orders that are lost, undeliverable, returned to sender, or delayed in transit. We strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an international order.

Select Apparel Items Certain FLOATWEAR apparel items are made to order specifically for you upon purchase. As a result, these items are final sale and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on made-to-order apparel under any circumstances. If you have a question about whether an item is made to order, contact us before purchasing.

Customer Responsibility Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. FLOATWEAR is not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before processing.

Preorders & Limited Drops Preorder and limited-release items include estimated ship dates on the product page. These dates may shift slightly based on production or transit schedules.

Lost or Missing Packages (Domestic) If tracking shows "Delivered" but your order hasn't arrived, please check with your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us at floatwearco@gmail.com and we'll help however we can. Please note that FLOATWEAR is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Packages Returned to Sender If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order. FLOATWEAR does not issue refunds on returned packages and we will work with you to reship once the package is received back and reshipping fees are covered.
